All products purchased from Suti by Aura are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We request customers to carefully check the product details, size, measurements, color, and other specifications before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, but dispatch timelines may vary due to unavoidable circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

All products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

Any issue reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.

Please note that approval of any complaint will be subject to verification by our team. If the issue is found to be a genuine packing or product error from our side, we may provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
